About iNeTours.com
iNeTours.com (eye net tours dot com) was designed and developed at Illusion Industries by Lee Nelson as a way to combine his interests in photography, graphic design and travel. The idea for the site evolved over many years, beginning with the introduction of QuickTime VR™ by Apple Computer™ and a story he was told about a number of publicly accessible roof top parks on downtown San Francisco highrises.
The site was originally conceived as a way to virtually jump from roof top to roof top in San Francisco while enjoying a 360° view from each roof. The plan was to distribute it on CD-ROM.
Now an online vacation destination magazine covering a growing list of exciting locations in the U.S. and around the world, iNetours.com maintains a strong focus on photography and includes the history of and other useful and interesting information about each location. Several hundred thousand people visit the site each month.
