This is a large cafeteria, with a grilling area in the window, for passers-by to see. The steaks are the lesser USDA Select quality, and can be chewy. But the price is right!

The steaks, 10-12-oz, are char-broiled and are served with a baked potato, salad, and a roll. — $10.99.
