Wine country inn and three country wine tasting in Temecula Valley
Napa Valley & Sonoma Wine Tasting Tours
The first phase of some very ambitious plans are in place for Europa Village in Temecula Valley. Vines are planted, wine is being made, the Europa Village Inn B&B is open and guests are being invited to experience Old World European charm in Southern California.
Future plans include individual and distinct French, Spanish and Italian experiences with C’est la Vie Wine Chateau, Bolero Cellars and Vienza venues plus a 40-room resort and spa connected with walking paths, shops and boutiques.
Open now, Inn at Europa Village receives rave reviews for their gourmet breakfasts. Situated on a hill overlooking the village, it’s a short walk to wine tasting, occasional art classes and weekend music. Wine club members receive a discount at the inn along with more traditional benefits including free tastings, parties and more.
The main tasting room at Europa Village resembles a wine cave with its long narrow dimensions, arched ceiling and shotcreated interior finish. A long tasting bar along the back is frequently packed to capacity on busy weekends.
Fortunately there is a second tasting room and a decent size patio surrounded with beautiful gardens and featuring misters to moderate the sunny Southern California heat.
Europa Village’s three country winery and marketplace concept may not yet be fully realized but the available wines, all of which strive for a fresh taste and lower alcohol, already reflect the French, Spanish and Italian theme.
